As someone who didn't understand the buying/selling process very well, working with Rachel has been a godsend! Rachel took the time to explain the process to me and was always open to questions that I may have had. She answers those questions is enthusiasm and grace. She is patient and communicative, ensuring to always advocate for us! We could not do this without her. With so many unknowns in the real estate world, she makes each step feel smooth and understood. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking to buy or sell!

My husband and I can not say enough great things about our experience working with Rachel! She and I started communicating SEVERAL months prior to us being serious about selling our current home and purchasing the new home. Rachel was always so helpful and patient (even when I was all over the place on what I wanted to do!) She helped us find our perfect house in the perfect area! I fairly enjoyed working with Rachel, her communication was great. I started my home search at the beginning of Covid and it was hard for me to find something in my range due to investors outbidding everyone but she kept looking for me and sending me houses as soon as she got the information. I ended up doing a new build and she made sure to send me status updates throughout the process. I recommend her and I’ve already passed out several business cards to my family and friends. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and she always responded promptly and made sure they were answered. In the end, she found the perfect home for me, which was not easy. During the home building process, Rachel stayed in constant contact with me and communicated and advocated with the builder’s representatives on my behalf. She helped me to secure the things that were important to me in a house.
